It finally rained this week and this adorable rain coat can't be used on by Maltese. She can't walk with her front legs because the rain coat slides down and over her little feet. This was the first time I tried to use it. I gather I can't return it because there is no return label that appears. Bad fitting design. Looks great as long as she doesn't walk
