Overall, this is a fantastic way to aid in homes for feral cats and or outside cats. The complete idea is there, and with asphalted shingles, and a globe dome window it's a great product. I very recently brought this furry home for an outside 7-month-old kitten who was on a farm, and I was able to take him home. He's adorable and I wanted to give him a home, his own home. With that being said I figured I would put this together, and with proper well written instructions it was going to be easy. I had an issue with the floor not staying within the way it is stated on the instructions. The last step said to slide the flooring under it, and it will fit in place. This did not work for me. I tried several times. So, I had to take it apart and put it in where I thought it would fit. This was also an issue since it kept falling to the floor as I was attempting to screw the other side in place to give it the complete and final product. So, at that point, being highly agitated that this 20-35 minute put together is now taking a lot longer. I decided I would screw in the floor on either end. And then add the other side. But of course, "I thought how I would get anything in there for warmth if I screwed it complete down". I decided to add some warm pieces of cooler insulation. And a few pieces of black packaging insulation to go around the inside of the larger of the A frame sides. Since there is a bubble facing our southerly sun, I didn't add much to that side besides a fleece blanket. From the pictures I have posted Tippy seems to be enjoying his new home.
