This item arrived broken and was missing a screw. It also doesn’t have pre made holes for the screws so at times it was difficult getting the screws in. It’s fine for the price but I wouldn’t buy this again.Also, I got this for my duck and it’s too small for her. She won’t fit through the door and even if she could she wouldn’t be able to turn around inside. I guess ducks are quite larger than cats …Order it for a stray cat .Have it on porch looks like a table.I bought this for a friendly but feral cat who comes and goes at my barn. We added a coat of stain to it for extra weather protection. We also added a hook and eye latch to the roof, it closes securely but we live in an area with a lot of wind.everything was ok.Our cat is an inside/outside cat and he loves his outside cat house. We've also noticed our neighbor cat comes over to enjoy it as wellIt’s not weather proof and it’s extremely small for a cat it’s for a kitten or a rabbitIt was easy to assemble and it’s very sturdy. Someone dropped off a cat so we took him in. The house is just the right size that he can lay down and stretch and still have some extra room. We are very happy with it!I am very impressed with this house. Very cute too My cat gets in it also when it is stormy also.
