Needed a bed for me and when my husband came home I needed one for us. Perfect went from twin to king. I bought great mattresses also Great buy on Amazon. Also it came very early.We purchased this specifically to have more space in guest room while allowing more sleeping space for multiple guests. This was nicer and more sturdy than I expected. There are other brands on other sites that are more expensive for the same thing. It was worth every Penny and looks nice in the room. The only downside is if you sleep on the twin daybed then your pillow will fall off so I purchased a toddler bed rail and used that as extra lip to keep pillow in place. We also store the extra twin mattress in our big storage room attached to guest room to make it easy to pull out any make into king bed.We spent a lot of time researching trundle beds and specifically chose this one because it said it had a higher weight limit of 400 lbs. once assembled, the bed has a label clearly saying that it’s a maximum of 200 pounds. We would not have chosen that for a guest bed if we had known. A good thing about the bed is that once it’s assembled it is pretty easy to pull out the trundle section. Unfortunately we are very disappointed with the drawers. Because of the way the holes were pre-drilled, there is no way for us to put the drawers in so they are flush with the side of the bed. They go in at an angle and look very sloppy.Assembly was challenging, but we were prepared for that because of other reviews.Pictures for assembly noTroubleshooting my drawers WILL NOT GO IN! There isn’t nothing to look up either I do notKnowIf the tracks are bad they just don’t shut. $300 and came really late but customer service did work with meAnd paid forThe shipping costs. I just wish I could fix the drawersthis daybed was very easy to put together, real wood.The drawers broke after a month and the material they give just is cheap how it stands is beyond me but had to buy my own supplies just to reinforce the damn thingMy biggest problem with it is no storage for the 2nd mattress so one in under the other making it my princess and the pea bed which is cool but scary. I'm afraid the top one will slide off with me on it.Would have liked to be able to contact seller/manufacturer on this item as we cannot get the drawers to close. They are about 3-4 inches which IS a big deal
